John Grimmer, 59, was driven round the U-bend by letters from his landlord in Lewisham, south London, accusing him of being a "noise nuisance".

Neighbour Keisha Morant, 30, can hear John's mega-loud loo every time he spends a penny.

So John asked landlords L&Q Housing to replace the loo or improve soundproofing. They responded by sending him another letter, telling him he is out if he keeps making so much noise.
